Customs

For extra UE shipping it is important to note that in the shipping fee, when applicable, aren’t included eventual customs import duties requested by the destination country. IRID can in no way foresee those costs, that must be paid directly to the Customs authorities.

Exception

Due to Customs policies that do not depend from us, we cannot ship products to final clients in Russia.

Returns

Returns are completely free for any order within the EU. It is possible to return a product only within 14 days from the delivery of the product itself. You can book a DHL pickup by following these simple instructions:


01_Pack the product
Place the product back into its original box. Be careful to insert all the parts and/or spare lenses, and to make sure the product is well protected.


02_Apply the label
Within the box you should have found a prepaid return label. Place it on the external side of the sealed box.


03_Book a pickup
Use the button down below to book a DHL pickup. In the DHL page that will open up, select “No”. Then “I have a waybill number”. Then insert the waybill number that you find on the label that you placed on the box (picture below). Proceed with the pickup booking.

Important warning

It is possible to only return products that are unused, in perfect conditions and with all of their labels and accessories.

If you think the product you received is defective, please do not return it. Instead, write to our customer service! We’ll assist you in no time. If a product returns to our warehouse damaged, we won’t be able to proceed with the refund, but we will have to re-ship it to the customer who returned it.

If a product is returned after the 14-days deadline, IRID reserves the right to ship it back to the final client without extra charge.

Once an order is placed, the client will receive a confirmation email that contains the order number a small summary of the articles and their costs and of the shipping address. The client must verify that the information contained in the confirmation email are correct and, if not, has to contact us as soon as possible to let us fix any error.

We try to provide pictures and texts that are accurate and updated, but errors can occur. If a specific feature is important to you, reach out to our customer service to make sure those information are correct. The pictures are always indicative of the products and not always represent the exact combination a client is purchasing.

IRID reserves the right to change the content of the website at any time.

We do not guarantee that all the items available at irid.com are in stock at the time of your order. This is why IRID reserves the right not to accept an order, providing an immediate warning and a full refund.

Please note that for technical reasons, confirmation emails can end up in spam folders. If you have trouble finding your confirmation email please do not hesistate to contact us to make sure your order has been processed correctly.

Warranty

All IRID products are covered by a 2 years warranty on production defects.
The production defects have to be reported within 2 years from the purchase date.

We strive to have as little impact as possible on the environment, so when possible we provide warranty repairs, or the substitution of the single defective parts, instead of replacing the whole product.

Paypal lets you save your sensitive information all in one place, and speed through checkout without inserting all your addresses all over again. Please make sure the address connected to your PayPal account is up to date.

Pre-sales

Some of our products can be in presale.
This means that they can be booked though the payment of a caution.
When the product is ready to be shipped, the order can be completed by paying the remaining part of the price accepted at the moment of the payment of the caution amount. If the product isn’t ready at the agreed date, a 1 month tolerance will come into play. After 1 month is passed, the client has the right to have the whole caution amount back.
If a client withdrawls from the purchase for none of these reasons, IRID reserves the right to keep the full caution amount. The country selected while placing the order, and the one to which the product is shipped, must be the same.

Taxes and duties

For all orders coming from the EU union, the VAT tax will be included in the shown price.
For orders placed outside of the EU, Customs will ask to pay for the corresponding VAT tax while importing the product.
This, together with any import duty the destination country might apply

Pay in installments

On IRID, you can choose to pay for your purchases in convenient installments thanks to the service offered by Klarna.
During checkout, you’ll be able to select the installment payment option, splitting the total amount into multiple payments with no additional interest (unless otherwise specified).
